Sheffield...Rotherham...Doncaster...Chesterfield

MATCH NIGHT PRODULY PRESENTS…

SOUTH YORKSHIRE TRI NETBALL LEAGUE

Three leagues…one competition!

A fun, social, exciting, and competitive netball league. A brand-new format designed to suit your team and help ensure a safe return to netball. Bringing this unique netball region together and to bring netball back with a bang!

New season starts: 9th June 2021 (closing date 28th May)

Registration fee free for all teams in the first season back!

Three Different Area Leagues to Choose From:

SY North League, Wednesday nights, Wickersley Sports College (S66 1JL). Three courts

SY Central League, Wednesday nights, Sheffield Girls High School (S10 2PE). Two courts

SY South League, Wednesday nights, Westfield Sports Centre (S20 1HQ). Three courts

How it works:

▪ enter the area league (north, central, or south) that is best for your team

▪ there will be multiple divisions within each area league (e.g. division 1,2, 3...)

▪your team competes within your area league for area champions, divisional titles, promotion, MVP awards

▪ teams finishing in the top positions of their respective area league division one, will qualify for a finals’ night. This will be played at the central venue where we will crown the overall SY Tri Netball League champion!

What to expect:

▪ superb floodlit high-quality outdoor courts

▪ six team divisions

▪ location that suits your team, cutting down on travel, so your never far from home and a well-deserved glass of wine!

▪ your team will play at the same area venue every week, helping all teams become familiar with the set up

▪ league coordinates at each league to support teams and umpires

▪ covid secure league, full compliance of EN and government measures

▪ SY Tri League will run back to back seasons…we have had enough time without netball in our lives!

▪ hassle free, let Match Night take care of everything, including organising your super umpires

Exciting six team divisions:

▪ ensuring multiple divisions in each area league, so every team is at a level that suits them

▪ Shorter 10-week seasons, so less of a commitment for teams and players

▪ Three games per court allowing bigger gaps between matches

▪ No more mid table obscurity, every game w ill matter right to the final whistle of the final game

▪No 9.00pm games! Game times 6.15, 7.15 and 8.10
